Tecno Pova Curve hands-on review

The Pova Curve is yet another value-oriented option from Tecno. It aims to bring a stylish design along with features like a 144Hz AMOLED display and the usual assortment of AI features to the masses. The Tecno Pova Curve shares the basic design and software with the Infinix Zero 40 that we looked at last year. If this seems surprising then it shouldn't as both brands are owned by the same parent company, Transsion Holdings. Having said that, this isn't just a straight copy-paste effort like we sometimes see from other brands with a shared parentage. The Pova Curve comes in at a lower price point than the Zero 40, so it makes several changes to the spec sheet, including to the chipset and the cameras but manages to gain a bigger battery while somehow being thinner and lighter. At a starting price of INR 15,999, the Tecno Pova Curve is priced much more aggressively. Let's see if it manages to impress us like its older cousin. Unboxing The Tecno Pova Curve comes in iridescent packaging which contains the phone, a charger, and a USB cable. Tecno also throws in a clear silicon case but it's not great and the curved sides of the display mean it does not offer great protection in that area. Page 2

Samsung Galaxy S25 FE's design revealed through CAD-based renders

Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy Z Fold7 and Galaxy Z Flip7 next month, and their renders that leaked yesterday showed us the phones in different colors. However, Samsung's next high-end smartphone after these foldables won't come in 2026 but before the end of 2025. We are talking about the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE, which has appeared in CAD-based renders shared by SammyGuru in collaboration with OnLeaks. The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE's design hasn't changed much from its predecessor - the Galaxy S24 FE. The smartphone has a metal build with flat frames, sports a punch-hole display on the front, and features a vertically aligned triple camera setup on the rear. On the right side of the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE are the volume rocker and power button, and at the bottom is the USB-C port, flanked by a SIM card slot and a speaker grille, which could also be housing a microphone. Up top is another mic. While the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE's design language remains identical to that of its predecessor, the dimensions are different. According to the source, the S25 FE measures 161.4 x 76.6 x 7.4 mm, compared to the S24 FE, which measures 162 x 77.3 x 8 mm. This makes the S25 FE slightly shorter than the S24 FE, but despite that, the source says that the S25 FE packs a 6.7" display - the same as the S24 FE. That's courtesy of thinner bezels. The source didn't mention the screen resolution but said it's a Super AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and 2,600 nits of peak brightness. The S25 FE is also thinner than the S24 FE, and we hope that the 0.6 mm difference doesn't translate to a reduction in battery capacity, as Samsung has been allergic to using Si/C batteries in its smartphones. There's no word from Samsung about the Galaxy S25 FE. However, rumors claim that the smartphone will be powered by either the Exynos 2400 or Dimensity 9400 SoC and have 12GB of RAM onboard. It will have 256GB and 512GB storage options and could run Android 16-based One UI 8 out of the box. Samsung Galaxy S24 FE The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE's front camera will use a 12MP sensor, while the triple camera setup on the rear will comprise 50MP primary (with OIS), 8MP telephoto (3x optical), and 12MP ultrawide units. Samsung Galaxy M36 now has an official launch date

Samsung started teasing the upcoming Galaxy M36 in India a couple of days ago, and today it's finally announced when the phone is getting official: on June 27 at 12 noon local time. It will be offered through Amazon in Orange Haze, Velvet Black, and Serene Green. The screen will come with Gorilla Glass Victus+ on top, and on the rear there will be three cameras: a 50 MP main with OIS, an 8 MP ultrawide, and a 2 MP macro shooter. For selfies you're getting a 13 MP snapper inside the notch (which is a weird design change compared to the M35 that had a hole-punch). Samsung advertises 2m drop protection too. According to a recent Geekbench run, the Galaxy M36 is powered by Samsung's Exynos 1380 SoC, paired with 6GB of RAM. It will run Android 15 with One UI 7 on top.

OnePlus launches Bullets Wireless Z3 wireless neckband in India

OnePlus has announced its newest audio product, the Bullets Wireless Z3. These are being launched in the Indian market and are priced at just INR 1,699, which is approximately $20. They will be available for purchase starting June 24, 2025, at 12 PM on Flipkart, Myntra, OnePlus Experience Stores, as well as Croma, Reliance, Vijay Sales, Bajaj Electronics and other retail chains. The Z3 are a modest upgrade over the Z2 from 2022. You get an updated chipset, which bumps up the Bluetooth version from 5.0 to 5.4. It also improves battery life from 30 hours total playtime to an impressive 36 hours of playtime despite the battery being the same size. The new model also promises 27 hours of continuous playback after a 10-minute charge, up from 20 hours on the Z2. The Z3 also comes in a new orange color, which replaces the blue from the Z2. On the software side, the Z3 gets OnePlus's BassWave feature as well as 3D Spatial Audio. Aside from that, the two models seem identical on paper, which means having the same 12.4mm dynamic driver, SBC and AAC support, 220mAh battery, magnetic clasping mechanism for power off, and IP55 rating for dust and water resistance. We are currently working on our full review for the Bullets Wireless Z3, which should be out shortly.

Samsung Galaxy A07, F07, and M07 are on the way

Vlad 20 June 2025 Samsung Android Samsung is working on a trio of new entry-level smartphones, the Galaxy A07, F07, and M07. For reference, note that the A06 arrived in August of last year and the A06 5G in February, alongside the F06 5G and the M06 5G. So we may be a ways off from the launch of the A07, M07, and F07. Still, all three of them have now been certified for sale in India by BIS, seemingly in 4G-only iterations based on their model numbers. Unfortunately, the certification doesn't reveal any specs whatsoever, but you probably shouldn't expect major upgrades from the last generation. The Galaxy A06 4G comes with a 6.7-inch 720x1600 LCD screen, the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC, 4/6GB of RAM, 64/128GB of eMMC 5.1 storage, a 50 MP main camera, a 2 MP depth sensor, an 8 MP selfie camera, and a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 25W wired charging.
